Road closure on Dunmore Street

Dunmore Street is going to be closed from its junction with Roman Road to its junction with Bankers Brae for 7 weeks from 7th November until 23rd December.

The Order will also close the footway from Roman Road in a south-westerly direction for 400 metres or thereby. It also suspends the parking on both sides of the road from Roman Road for 400 metres or so. The closure is from 0900 hours until 1700 hours from 7th November until 18th-12-22 to facilitate footway upgrading works; and from 0900 hours until 1700 hours from 19-12-22 until 23-12-22 to facilitate carriageway surfacing works. Access for residents and emergency will be maintained.

This will not affect those attending Mass on Sundays but will on Monday’s parking may be difficult. The road in front of the church is NOT closed at any time. See attached map and information below.
